Natures Light Oils is proud to offer free delivery on all orders across the UK. We understand the importance of convenience and affordability, which is why we don’t require a minimum order for free shipping. We also offer expedited shipping options for those who need their order delivered in a hurry. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering and will arrive at your door within 3-5 working days. For customers with special requirements, we also offer a range of additional services, including international shipping at an extra cost. Return & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind. If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.
